  • You are also allowed to grow no more than 12 marijuana plants in an enclosed and locked facility.
  • You must be a registered medical marijuana user to enjoy the protections under the law. If you are unauthorized to possess marijuana and are caught with it on you, you could face some of the toughest laws and penalties in the United States.
